RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII TUITION AND FEES SPECIAL FUND.

Specifies conditions for exemptions for the University of Hawaiʻi from sections 87A-39(a) and 88-125(a), HRS. RELATING TO MICROENTERPRISE KITCHENS.

Establishes a regulatory framework for microenterprise home kitchens. RELATING TO DEMENTIA.
