Summary
Specifies conditions for exemptions for the University of Hawaiʻi from sections 87A-39(a) and 88-125(a), HRS. Amends the formulation of general fund budget appropriation in proportion to the amount of regular tuition and related fee revenues estimated for the respective fiscal year. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
