By 1/1/2026, requires the department of taxation to suspend and refund certain income tax amounts received or withheld upon the enactment of a state law specifying real property tax amounts. Takes effect upon the ratification of a constitutional amendment authorizing the State to have real property taxing authority. Effective 7/1/2050. (HD2)
Requires the land use commission to prepare and adopt a conservation and development plan. Requires the land use commission to amend the district boundaries according to the determinations, findings, and recommendations of the plan.
Makes it a criminal violation for a person to: (1) provide false information regarding COVID-19 vaccination status to certain entities; (2) use falsified verification of COVID-19 vaccination status; (3) manufacture, distribute, disseminate, issue, sell, offer for sale, import, or offer to import into this State falsified verification of COVID-19 vaccination status or a blank or incomplete COVID-19 vaccination status verification document or code.
