Establishes a telework tax credit for small business employers who allow telework for at least 30% of their employees.
Mandatory mental health screening for arrested persons who are houseless. Supportive services provided by social worker or psychiatrist, doing the evaluation.
Establishes a task force to identify the top ten fruits or vegetables that are imported into the State but may be commercially grown in the State. Creates an income tax credit to incentivize the production of those fruits or vegetables to obviate the need to import them into the State. Effective 6/30/3000. (SD1)
Requires all businesses engaged in the sale of goods to include the amount of general excise tax owed in any display or tag indicating the price of the goods. Effective 1/1/2024.
