Establishes a two-year elder access pilot program in the Executive Office on Aging, to improve access to essential services and reduce wait times for seniors seeking public services through state and county government offices. Authorizes the Executive Office on Aging to enter into memorandums of agreement with the counties and other state agencies to implement the pilot program. Requires all private schools to develop and implement comprehensive action plans for the management of anaphylaxis in their respective schools, including administration of auto-injectable epinephrine. Establishes certain immunity from liability for designated private school employees and agents who administer auto-injectable epinephrine during emergencies.
Establishes tax credits for insurers providing full property coverage to owners and associations of condominiums in the amount equal to twenty per cent of the insurance premium. Provides additional ten per cent tax credits to insurers incorporated in the State.
Amends the amount of total income tax credits available. Provides the State with alternative marketing opportunities in lieu of a shared-card, end-title screen credit.
