AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

Authorizes, and appropriates funds for, the issuance of general obligation bonds into and out of the rental housing revolving fund for low-income rental housing projects or units that are allocated low-income housing tax credits and developed for families and individuals who meet certain eligibility requirements. RELATING TO TRAILS.

Appropriates funds for the establishment of a permanent full-time equivalent land and access specialist position and a permanent full-time equivalent abstractor position within the Na Ala Hele program for the protection and expansion of public trail access statewide.
