RELATING TO TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS.

Requires transient accommodations brokers and any other persons or entities to offer, list, advertise, or display a transient accommodations rental rate that includes all resort fees required for the furnishing of transient accommodations. Requires transient accommodations brokers and any other persons or entities to include all applicable taxes and fees imposed by a government on the stay in the total price to be paid before the consumer reserves the furnishing of transient accommodations. RELATING TO TOBACCO PRODUCTS.

Beginning 7/1/2026, amends existing law regarding preemption of local ordinances and regulations regulating the sale of cigarettes, tobacco products, and electronic smoking devices as a matter of statewide concern to clarify that the State's preemption power extends solely to the taxation of cigarettes, tobacco products, and electronic smoking devices and allows counties to adopt ordinances and regulations that regulate smoking or the sale of cigarettes, tobacco products, and electronic smoking devices that do not conflict with and are more stringent than the state law that governs smoking. Prohibits the counties from enacting an ordinance or a regulation that imposes a fee or tax on the sale of cigarettes, tobacco products, or electronic smoking devices. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)

RELATING TO MEDICAL CANNABIS.

Specifically authorizes a medical cannabis dispensary to purchase cannabis and manufactured cannabis products from another dispensary. Requires the Department of Health to adopt rules regarding medical cannabis products within a certain time. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)

RELATING TO WATER CATCHMENT.

Creates a nonrefundable water catchment income tax credit for a homeowner who installs and places into service a water catchment system meeting certain requirements on residential property in the State owned by the homeowner. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
