A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 2A of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Department of Public Health, so as to require a physician to submit certain information to the Georgia Composite Medical Board when certifying an individual as eligible for the Low THC Oil Patient Registry; to provide for annual reporting; to authorize the Department of Public Health to disclose certain information; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to elementary and secondary education, so as to require that the academic and disciplinary records of each transferring student shall be provided by such student's previous school to the receiving school within five days; to reduce the number of days by which a parent or guardian of a transferring student shall receive copies of such records;to provide for evidence based youth violence prevention training programs; to provide for student violence prevention clubs; to provide for local policies for anonymous reporting; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date and applicability; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 40-2-85.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to license plates for certain veterans, so as to increase the number of free license plates issued to certain veterans; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 6 of Chapter 4 of Title 26 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to pharmacies, so as to provide that pharmacists are authorized to dispense preexposure prophylaxis and postexposure prophylaxis under certain conditions; to amend Article 2 of Chapter 34 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to medical practice, so as to provide for the approval or development of a training program for pharmacists by the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy; to require pharmacists to complete such training program before dispensing preexposure prophylaxis or postexposure prophylaxis; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 34 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to Georgia Composite Medical Board, so as to provide for the board to implement an automated credentialing system for healthcare providers in this state; to provide for requirements; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 8 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to sales and use taxes, so as to require that any existing special district option sales and use tax (FLOST) cease to be imposed and levied immediately prior to the imposition of any local homestead option sales tax (LHOST) within the special district conterminous with the same county; to revise the timing for the commencement of the LHOST; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 2 of Title 20 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, rebating to elementary and secondary education, so as to provide for the suspension of members of local boards of education following certain audit findings or findings by the state auditor of financial mismanagement or misconduct; to provide for a cap on the total amount of advance distributions of state allotted funds that may be made by the State Board of Education to local units of administration; to provide for intervention plans; to provide for the authority of the state auditor relative to such intervention plans; to provide for an effective date; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to professions and businesses, so as to require the registration of property owners' associations; to provide for renewals and amendments; to provide for appeals; to provide for a State Board for Review of Complaints Regarding Property Owners' Associations; to provide for review of complaints; to amend Code Section 44-3-232 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to assessments against lot owners as constituting lien in favor of association, additional charges against lot owners, procedure for foreclosing lien, and obligation to provide statement of amounts due, so as to provide for authorization of liens and use of assessments; to provide for a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 9 of Title 12 and Title 40 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to motor vehicle emission inspection and maintenance and motor vehicles and traffic, respectively, so as to provide for an optional five-year motor vehicle registration and revalidation for certain motor vehicles; to revise and provide for definitions; to provide for conforming changes; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
