A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 40-2-85.1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to license plates for certain veterans, so as to increase the number of free license plates issued to certain veterans; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 34 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to Georgia Composite Medical Board, so as to provide for the board to implement an automated credentialing system for healthcare providers in this state; to provide for requirements; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 6A of Title 12 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to outdoor stewardship, so as to provide for a sunset; to raise the percentage of moneys appropriated; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to professions and businesses, so as to require the registration of property owners' associations; to provide for renewals and amendments; to provide for appeals; to provide for a State Board for Review of Complaints Regarding Property Owners' Associations; to provide for review of complaints; to amend Code Section 44-3-232 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to assessments against lot owners as constituting lien in favor of association, additional charges against lot owners, procedure for foreclosing lien, and obligation to provide statement of amounts due, so as to provide for authorization of liens and use of assessments; to provide for a short title; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to provide for a homestead exemption from Cherokee County school district ad valorem taxes for educational purposes, through tax year 2031, in an amount equal to the amount by which the current year assessed value of a homestead exceeds the adjusted base year assessed value of such homestead; to provide for definitions; to specify the terms and conditions of the exemption and the procedures relating thereto; to provide for related matters; to provide for applicability; to provide for compliance with constitutional requirements; to provide for a referendum, effective dates, automatic repeal, mandatory execution of election, and judicial remedies regarding failure to comply; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 20-2-670 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to disclosures and information required for permanent enrollment in a grade higher than third, provisional enrollment, and transfer of education records, so as to require the enrollment of foster care students within two school days of a request for enrollment by such student's parent or legal custodian; to provide for reporting noncompliance and for corrective action plans; to revise provisions relative to provisional enrollment; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
