A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution so as to authorize the General Assembly to provide by general law for valuation of corporate-community investment zone property; to provide for related matters; to provide for the submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section to amend Chapter 1 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions of state government, so as to prohibit the state government from making or using actuarial calculation made on the basis of race or sex; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 3 of Article 1 of Chapter 3 of Title 14 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Secretary of State and nonprofit corporations, so as to require the Secretary of State to provide assistance to certain corporations; to amended Article 1 of Chapter 5 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions for the Department of Administrative Services, so as to require the department to provided assistance to state and local agencies regarding federal funds; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 7 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to banking and finance, so as to require the Department of Banking and Finance to conduct stress tests on certain financial institutions; to prohibit the department from approving a merger if the largest financial institution in the proposed merger has not met certain scoring requirements under federal law; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 9 of Chapter 4 of Title 49 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to temporary assistance for needy families, so as to provide for general assistance to qualified individuals; to provide for conditions, procedures, and limitations; to provide for rules and regulations; to provide for administration; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 2 of Article 16 of Chapter 2 of Title 14 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to reports of business corporations, so as to require corporations to provide certain information as part of filing an annual registration; to provide for the Secretary of State to make such information available to the public; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
