A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 2 of Chapter 5 of Title 15 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to the Judicial Council, so as to require the Judicial Council to develop a language access plan for all courts; to provide for training; to provide for language assistance services; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
