A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code section 8-2-23 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to amendment and revision of codes generally, so as to require the Department of Community affairs to include certain indoor air quality provisions in applicable state minimum standard codes; to provide for a short title; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A RESOLUTION urging leadership in all of Georgia's counties who have reported citizens living in a tent, box, sleeping bag, or other impromptu shelter as a permanent home solution to diligently work with certain nonprofit award recipients to combat housing insecurity and homelessness; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 9 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions of the Georgia Building Authority, so as to establish a program to design and construct a new state facility in partnership with Georgia colleges and universities; to provide for related matters; to provide for a short title; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 1 of Title 34 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to labor and industrial relations, so as to extend the sunset provision relating to the use of sick leave for the care of immediate family members; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Title 36 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to local governments, so as to revise "The Zoning Procedures Law"; to revise provisions related to judicial review of zoning decisions; to revise definitions; to provide for requirements for zoning decisions by boards or agencies using delegated powers; to require review procedures for decisions made by boards or agencies using delegated powers; to provide for judicial review of zoning decisions; to require certain designations relating to appeals of quasi-judicial decisions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 12 of Title 51 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions for tort damages, so as to prohibit the calculation of damages based on actuarial calculations made on the basis of race or sex; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 1 of Title 7 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to provisions applicable to the Department of Banking and Finance and financial institutions generally, so as to require the department to employ an experienced person to advise banks and financial institutions regarding regulatory compliance; to define community development financial institution; to authorize such institutions to conduct certain financing activities and enter into partnerships; to require such institutions to work with state and federal agencies; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 48-7-38 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to deduction for payments to minority subcontractors and certification as minority subcontractor, so as to provide an additional income tax deduction for certain payments to minority subcontractors; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 28-5-42 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to introduction of bills having significant impact upon anticipated revenues or expenditures and furnishing of fiscal notes, so as to provide that fiscal notes shall provide for future projections, opportunity costs, and analysis of alternatives; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 15-11-201 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to DFCS case plan and contents, so as to provide for additional and appropriate services for a parent, guardian, or legal custodian of an alleged dependent child designed to result in permanent placement or emancipation; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
