Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program; Requiring that specified test preparation resources and information be provided to certain students for a specified time period; providing continued eligibility criteria for students receiving such resources and information; providing for the funding for such resources, etc.
Public Postsecondary Education; Requiring the State Board of Education to ensure that Florida College System institutions are free from undue government influence and interference; requiring the Board of Governors to ensure that state universities are free from undue government influence and interference; deleting a provision prohibiting the Board of Governors from shielding students, faculty, and staff from free speech protected under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, Article I of the State Constitution, or a specified law, etc.
Special Elections; Requiring that a written resignation be submitted by an officer within a specified timeframe if such officer is filling a vacancy caused by a certain resignation; providing construction; revising the timeframe during which a vacancy that occurs in an elective office must be filled by candidates qualifying within the timeframes provided by general law; requiring the Governor to fix the dates of the special election within a specified timeframe after the vacancy occurs; requiring the Governor to fix dates to coincide with an already scheduled election; requiring that vote-by-mail ballots from overseas voters be received before a specified time on election day, etc.
Failure to Comply with a Time-sharing Schedule; Providing a civil cause of action for a parent’s failure or refusal to comply with a court-ordered time-sharing schedule; providing affirmative defenses, etc.
Candidate Qualification; Providing eligibility requirements for persons seeking to qualify for nomination as candidates of a political party or as candidates with no party affiliation; providing that certain entities may bring an action for declaratory and injunctive relief based on a certain claim; prohibiting a person from qualifying as a candidate for election and prohibiting his or her name from appearing on the ballot under certain circumstances, etc.
Termination of Pregnancies; Prohibiting physicians from knowingly performing or inducing a termination of pregnancy after determining that the fetus is sustainable outside the womb through standard medical measures, with exceptions, etc.

Traffic Offenses; Prohibiting a person from operating a motor vehicle while using a wireless communications device in a handheld manner; providing an exception; requiring that sustained use of a wireless communications device by a person operating a motor vehicle be conducted through a hands-free accessory until such use is terminated; revising penalty provisions relating to the use of wireless communications devices in a handheld manner in certain circumstances; requiring persons cited for specified infractions that result in a crash with another vehicle to appear at a certain mandatory hearing, etc.
Notification of Anti-harassment Policies and Supportive Measures; Requiring schools to establish anti-harassment policies and supportive measures; requiring schools to notify specified persons of the policies and measures; requiring the policies and measures to be published in specified places and on certain websites, etc.
