Florida State University Women’s Soccer Team; Recognizing the Florida State University women’s soccer team and congratulating the team on capturing the 2021 NCAA Division 1 National Championship after a remarkable season, etc.

Step-therapy Protocols; Revising the circumstances under which step-therapy protocols may not be required; requiring health insurers to publish on their websites and provide to their insureds specified information; requiring health maintenance organizations to publish on their websites and provide to their subscribers specified information; providing requirements for procedures for requests and appeals of denials of protocol exemptions, etc.

Transportation Facility Designations/98 Points of Light Road; Providing an honorary designation of a certain transportation facility in a specified county; directing the Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers, etc.

Clerks of the Circuit Court; Revising the calculation used to determine the presumed ability to pay certain fees, charges, costs, and fines; requiring the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation to provide a recommendation on the distribution of specified fines, fees, charges, and costs; authorizing clerks of the circuit court to submit to the commission, at prescribed intervals, certified requests for reimbursement of specified petitions and orders at a certain rate per petition or order; authorizing clerks of the court to conduct a review of specified records, etc.

Broadband Internet Service; Revising the duties of the Florida Office of Broadband within the Department of Economic Opportunity; requiring the office’s strategic plan to include short-term and long-term goals and strategies for increasing the availability of and access to broadband Internet service in this state; requiring the office to develop geographic information system maps in collaboration with specified entities and consistent with certain federal reporting standards by a specified date; creating the Broadband Opportunity Program within the office, etc.

Public Health Task Force; Creating the task force within the Legislature for a specified purpose; requiring the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Governmental Accountability to provide research services to the task force; providing for membership, meetings, and duties of the task force; requiring the task force to submit a report to the Governor and the Legislature by a specified date, etc.

Mental Health Treatment and Examinations; Specifying additional persons who may consent to mental health treatment in certain circumstances; authorizing a receiving facility to seek assistance from a mobile crisis response team for certain purposes; revising criteria for involuntary examination; revising who may testify as to a patient’s history in considering criteria for involuntary outpatient services; specifying rights to treatment of persons in county and municipal detention facilities; providing for such treatment, etc.
