Blood Clot and Pulmonary Embolism Policy Workgroup; Citing this act as the “Emily Adkins Prevention Act”; requiring the Secretary of Health Care Administration, in conjunction with the State Surgeon General, to establish a blood clot and pulmonary embolism policy workgroup; requiring the secretary to submit a final report to the Governor and the Legislature by a specified date, etc.

Domestic Violence; Citing this act as "Greyson’s Law"; requiring the court with jurisdiction over the proceeding to consider certain factors in deciding whether shared parental responsibility is detrimental to the child; providing additional conduct regarding domestic violence which the court must consider when ordering a parenting plan; providing an additional factor that the court must consider in determining whether a petitioner of a domestic violence injunction is in imminent danger, etc.

Homestead Tax Discount and Homestead Tax Exemption/Veterans with Permanent Service-connected Disabilities; Proposing amendments to the State Constitution to authorize the Legislature to provide a homestead tax discount and a homestead tax exemption to specified honorably discharged veterans with permanent service-connected disabilities, and to provide an effective date, etc.

Heat Illness Prevention; Requiring certain employers to implement an outdoor heat exposure safety program that has been approved by specified agencies; specifying requirements for the safety program; providing responsibilities for certain employers and employees; providing an exception; requiring specified annual training on heat illness and providing requirements for such training, etc.

Trust Fund for Victims of Human Trafficking/Department of Legal Affairs; Creating the Trust Fund for Victims of Human Trafficking within the Department of Legal Affairs; providing for the funding sources and purposes of the trust fund; providing for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund, etc.

Federal Infrastructure Bank; Urging Congress to pass H.R. 490, which creates a Federal Infrastructure Bank to finance urgently needed infrastructure projects, etc.

Driver License and Identification Card Gender Designation; Requiring an application for an identification card or a driver license to provide for male, female, or nonbinary gender designation, etc.

Translation Services; Authorizing a clerk of the circuit court to provide translation services; authorizing a clerk of the circuit court to contract with a third-party translation service provider to provide translation services; prohibiting a clerk of the circuit court from providing legal advice, etc.

Required Instruction in the History of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders; Requiring that the history of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders be taught in the public schools; requiring that instructional materials used in teaching this subject area include specified information, etc.

Social Services Estimating Conference; Requiring the Social Services Estimating Conference to develop specified information relating to the home-based and community-based Medicaid waiver services program, etc.
