Homeowners’ Association Recalls; Citing this act as the “Community Recall Act”; revising the process for recalling a director of a homeowners’ association; requiring a specified percentage of certain parcel owners to initiate a recall petition or a special meeting to recall a director; requiring the board of directors to duly notice and hold a referendum within a specified time, etc.

Rent Control Measures; Deleting a provision that required local government measures that imposed rent controls to expire unless they were extended or renewed in accordance with law, etc.

Preservation of Memorials; Citing this act as the "Historical Memorials Protection Act"; prohibiting specified activities concerning memorials by a person or an entity; providing for liability and the award of certain costs and damages for violations of the act; requiring the Secretary of State to provide written approval before the placement of certain materials on or adjacent to certain memorials on public property; providing criminal penalties for damage to or removal of certain memorials, etc.

Legislation by Initiative; Proposing amendments to the State Constitution to authorize the proposal and enactment of legislation by initiative and to provide for Supreme Court review of initiative petitions proposing legislation, etc.
