State Land Management; Requiring public hearings for all updated conservation and nonconservation land management plans; requiring the Division of State Lands of the Department of Environmental Protection to make available to the public, within a specified timeframe, electronic copies of land management plans for parcels of a certain size and for parcels located in state parks; revising the duties of the Division of Recreation and Parks of the Department of Environmental Protection; specifying requirements for the management of parks and recreational areas held by the state; requiring the division to comply with specified provisions when granting certain privileges, leases, concessions, and permits; authorizing the division to acquire, install, or permit the installation or operation at state parks of campsites and cabins that meet certain requirements; prohibiting the division from authorizing certain uses or construction activities within a state park; prohibiting the division from installing or permitting the installation of any lodging establishment within the boundaries of a state park; requiring that individual management plans for parcels located within state parks be developed with input from an advisory group; requiring that the advisory group's required public hearings be noticed to the public within a specified timeframe, etc.

Human Trafficking Awareness; Requiring the Department of Education to identify a curriculum regarding human trafficking awareness; specifying required components of the curriculum; authorizing in-person or online training; requiring public schools to require that certain personnel have received certain training, etc.
Newborn Screenings; Beginning on specified date, subject to appropriation, provides that DOH's rules must require certain newborns to be screened for Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Franchised Motor Vehicle Dealers; Revises provisions related to relations between applicants and licensees, or common entities thereof, and franchised motor vehicle dealers including prohibitions on certain performance metrics, prohibition on retaliation, and circumstances under which franchise agreements are deemed unfair.
Child Welfare; Requires DCF to provide specified data to Legislature as part of certain annual report; requires DCF to maintain copies of certain assessments or tools; authorizes DCF to waive specified requirement & issue provisional certificate if there is emergency need for new domestic violence center; authorizes DCF to grant certain exemptions to standards & requirements; requires DCF to develop child protective investigator & case manager recruitment program; provides program requirements & DCF duties; removes requirement that entity post specified fidelity bond in order to serve as lead agency; provides immunity from liability for subcontractors of lead agencies for certain acts or omissions; requires DCF to develop 4-year pilot program for treatment foster care; provides requirements for pilot program; specifies that incentives provided to state employees for participating in research or evaluation with Florida Institute for Child Welfare do not violate certain laws or require certain reporting; requires DCF to convene case management workforce workgroup; provides membership, duties, & responsibilities of workgroup; requires DCF to contract for detailed study of bed capacity for residential treatment services for child victims of commercial sexual exploitation.
Anaphylaxis in Public Schools; Requires each district school board to ensure that certain emergency action plans are effective & that school personnel & employees & contracted personnel of before-school & after-school programs receive certain training relating to allergic reactions & anaphylaxis; & requires that at least one member of school personnel with such training be on school grounds for specified purposes.
School Readiness Program; Revises criteria for child to receive priority for participation in school readiness program; provides requirements for school readiness program provider to be eligible for specified funding.
Young Adults who are Homeless or were in the Child Welfare System; Requires each Florida College System institution & state university, in consultation with State Office on Homelessness, to develop plan to prioritize placement of certain students in residence halls or dormitory residences; provides responsibilities for Office of Continuing Care, Florida College System institutions, & state universities; requires that certain institutions & universities give priority to certain students for housing & work-study opportunities; prohibits institutions & universities from requiring cosigner or guarantor to obtain housing for certain students; requires certain entities to administer certain federal programs & vouchers; provides requirements for administering such programs & vouchers; requires specified entities to document certain actions & provide certain assurances to landlords.
Type 1 Diabetes Early Detection Program; Requires DOH, in collaboration with school districts throughout state, to develop informational materials for early detection of Type 1 diabetes for parents & guardians of certain students; provides requirements for such informational materials; requires early learning coalitions to notify parents & guardians of availability of such informational materials.
Holocaust Remembrance Day; Requires Governor to proclaim specified day annually as "Holocaust Remembrance Day"; authorizes "Holocaust Remembrance Day" to be observed in this state's public schools & be observed by public exercise as Governor may designate; authorizes specified instruction.
