Florida Retirement System; Authorizing certain retirees to be reemployed after terminating employment; prohibiting such retirees from receiving both a salary from the employer and retirement benefits for a specified period after his or her retirement; removing provisions authorizing the reemployment of certain law enforcement officers as school resource officers; revising employer contribution rates to the Florida Retirement System, etc.

Tuskegee Airmen Commemoration Day; Designates Tuskegee Airmen Commemoration Day, which occurs on fourth Thursday in March, as legal holiday.

Emergency Refills of Insulin and Insulin-related Supplies or Equipment; Authorizes emergency refill of insulin & insulin-related supplies or equipment a specified number of times per year.

Purple Alert; Requires local law enforcement agencies to develop policies for local activation of Purple Alert for certain missing adults; specifies requirements; specifies duties of FDLE's Missing Endangered Persons Information Clearinghouse in event of state Purple Alert; specifies conditions under which local law enforcement agency may request clearinghouse to open case.

Hot Car Death Prevention; Designates month of April as "Hot Car Death Prevention Month"; encourages specified entities to sponsor events to promote public awareness on dangers of leaving child unattended in motor vehicle & provide methods to prevent hot car deaths.

Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia Training for Law Enforcement and Correctional Officers; Requires FDLE to establish online, continued employment training component relating to Alzheimer's disease & related forms of dementia; requires training component be developed with DOEA; specifies instruction requirements for training; authorizes completion of such training to count toward certain requirement.

Pub. Rec./Problem-solving Court Participant Records; Provides public records exemptions for specified veterans treatment court program records & mental health court program records; provides statement of public necessity.

Student Elopement; Requires public schools to create School Staff Assistance for Emergencies (SAFE) Team & school elopement plan; provides requirements for such team & plan; requires creation of student-specific elopement quick reference guides for certain students; provides requirements for such guides; requires public schools to annually submit their plans to district school board.

Holocaust Remembrance Day; Requires Governor to proclaim specified day of each year as "Holocaust Remembrance Day"; requires such day to be observed in public schools & by public exercises as Governor may designate; requires educational instruction to be provided.

Reduction in Black Female and Women's Maternal Mortality Grant Program; Establishes Reduction In Black Female & Women's Maternal Mortality Grant Program within DOH; provides purpose & requirements for program; & provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $5,000,000
