Condominium and Cooperative Associations; Revises & provides laws for condominium & cooperative associations relating to disciplinary action, official records, reserve accounts & studies, recertifications & phase 2 inspections, written recertification & phase 2 inspection reports, transfer of control of association, information that must be provided to potential buyers, & information included in prospectus or offering circular.
