Property Rights; Authorizes property owners or authorized agents to request assistance from sheriff for immediately removing unauthorized occupants from residential dwelling under certain conditions; requires specified complaint; provides requirements for sheriff; authorizes arrest of unauthorized occupant; provides that sheriff is not liable to any party for loss, destruction, or damage; provides that property owner or agent is not liable to any party for loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal property unless it was wrongfully removed; prohibits unlawfully detaining, or occupying or trespassing upon, residential dwelling intentionally & causing at least specified amount of damage; provides criminal penalties for any person who knowingly & willfully presents false document purporting to be valid lease agreement, deed, or other instrument conveying real property rights; prohibits listing or advertising for sale, or renting or leasing, residential real property.

Online Protections for Minors; Requiring social media platforms to prohibit certain minors from creating new accounts; requiring social media platforms to terminate certain accounts and provide additional options for termination of such accounts; providing conditions under which social media platforms are required to prohibit certain minors from entering into contracts to become account holders; authorizing the Department of Legal Affairs to bring actions under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act for knowing or reckless violations; authorizing the department to issue and enforce civil investigative demands under certain circumstances, etc.
Annual Adjustment to Homestead Exemption Value; Proposes amendment to State Constitution to require an annual adjustment for inflation to the value of current or future homestead exemptions that apply solely to levies other than school district levies & for which every person who has legal or equitable title to real estate and maintains thereon the permanent residence of the owner, or another person legally or naturally dependent upon the owner is eligible.
Unlawful Possession of Firearms or Weapons by a Person Adjudicated Delinquent; Provides that person must have been adjudicated delinquent for an action committed as juvenile to cause person to lose right to possess firearm for specified period.
Pet Insurance and Wellness Programs; Revises definition of term "property insurance" to include pet insurance; requires pet insurers to make certain disclosures to pet insurance applicants & policyholders; authorizes pet insurers to issue policies that exclude coverage on basis of preexisting conditions; provides pet insurer has specified burden of proof with regard to exclusions; requires pet insurers who issue policy that imposes waiting period to include provision allowing for waiver of waiting period upon completion of medical examination of covered pet by veterinarian.
Trust Funds/Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Relocation and Reconstruction Trust Fund; Creates Institute of Food & Agricultural Sciences Renovation, Relocation, & Construction Trust Fund for specified purposes; authorizes Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement Trust Fund, at request of University of Florida Board of Trustees, to sell, trade, exchange, or otherwise dispose of specified real property & improvements; requires such funds to be deposited into trust fund for specified purposes; authorizes Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement Trust Fund, at request of University of Florida Board of Trustees, to purchase real property or improvements for specified facilities.
