Location of Equipment Owned by Amusement Business Owner; Prohibits counties & municipalities from enacting policies, ordinances, regulations, or other measures that require payment from amusement business owner for placement, parking, or storage of equipment for longer than specified length of time on certain lands classified as agricultural lands.

Local Business Taxes; Revising provisions related to local business taxes including conditions imposed on taxing authorities governing levies, modification of ordinances, reclassification of businesses, prohibitions on revenues over a specified value, and audits.
Insurance Claims; Requires OIR to consider recovery of funds under specified provisions in reviewing rates; requires insurers to report recovery of funds under specified provisions; specifies that insured’s payment of deductible or copayment is not condition of an insurer’s payment obligations.
Public Deposits; Adds credit unions to list of financial institutions eligible to be qualified public depositories; provides applicability of qualified public depository provisions to credit unions; requires CFO to withdraw from collateral agreement with credit union; specifies requirement for & restriction on credit union that is party to withdrawn collateral agreement; provides limits on public deposits held by credit unions; specifies losses against which certain solvent banks, savings banks, savings associations, & credit unions must guarantee public depositors; requires CFO to segregate & separately account for proceeds, assessments, & administrative penalties attributable to credit union from those attributable to other specified financial institutions; revises condition for payment of losses to public depositors; provides that specified limit on securities eligible to be pledged as collateral apply to qualified public depositories, rather than to banks & savings associations.
Windstorm Coverage by Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; Removes provisions relating to windstorm risk apportionment plan agreements among property insurers; requires Citizens Property Insurance Corporation to make windstorm coverage available to homeowners for any residential structures & commercial lines residential structures; provides underwriting & administering requirements for windstorm coverage portion of insurance.
Policy Cancellations and Nonrenewals by Property Insurers; Prohibits authorized insurers & eligible surplus lines insurers from canceling & nonrenewing policies covering dwellings & residential properties damaged by covered perils within certain timeframes; provides exceptions to prohibitions against insurers' policy cancellations & nonrenewals within certain timeframes; authorizes FSC to adopt rules & Commissioner of Insurance Regulation to issue orders; provides conditions under which structure is deemed to be repaired.
Foreign Polluters; Urges Congress to support solutions that examine pollution differential between United States production & other countries & that hold foreign polluters accountable for their pollution.
Review of Advisory Bodies; Requires executive agencies to annually upload report to specified website maintained by EOG; provides requirements for such report; provides that specified provisions are subject to repeal unless reviewed & saved from repeal by Legislature.
Cancer Funding; Revises purpose of Casey DeSantis Cancer Research Program; revises duties of DOH under program; creates Cancer Connect Collaborative within DOH for specified purpose; requires collaborative to administer Cancer Innovation Fund; requires collaborative to review grant applications & make recommendations to DOH for awarding grants upon appropriation of funds to fund.
Individuals with Disabilities; Requires APD to develop & implement electronic application process; requires agency to maintain printable paper application on its website &, upon request, provide printed paper application to an applicant; requires agency to provide applicants with specified information upon receipt of application for services; revises timeframes within which agency must make eligibility determinations for services; lowers age that caregiver must be for individual to be placed in certain preenrollment category.
