Digital Voyeurism; Redesignates "video voyeurism" as "digital voyeurism"; revises elements; provides reduced criminal penalties for certain violations by persons under 19 years of age; specifies that each instance of certain violations is separate offense; provides for reclassification of certain violations by certain persons who are family or household members of victim or who hold position of authority or trust with victim.

Broadband; Extends expiration date of certain promotional rate.

Florida Retirement System; Authorizing certain retirees to be reemployed after terminating employment; prohibiting such retirees from receiving both a salary from the employer and retirement benefits for a specified period after his or her retirement; removing provisions authorizing the reemployment of certain law enforcement officers as school resource officers; revising employer contribution rates to the Florida Retirement System, etc.

Tuskegee Airmen Commemoration Day; Designates Tuskegee Airmen Commemoration Day, which occurs on fourth Thursday in March, as legal holiday.

Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia Training for Law Enforcement and Correctional Officers; Requires FDLE to establish online, continued employment training component relating to Alzheimer's disease & related forms of dementia; requires training component be developed with DOEA; specifies instruction requirements for training; authorizes completion of such training to count toward certain requirement.

Florida Seal of Fine Arts Program; Establishes Florida Seal of Fine Arts Program within DOE; provides purpose of program, eligibility criteria, & Commissioner of Education, DOE, & school district duties & responsibilities.

Access to Contraception; Authorizes person to obtain contraceptives & engage in contraception; authorizes health care provider to provide contraceptives, contraception, & contraception-related information; provides requirements for defense to certain violations; authorizes Attorney General, person, or entity to bring enforcement actions under certain circumstances; authorizes civil penalties.

High School Graduation Requirements; Authorizes students earning standard high school diploma through Career & Technical Education graduation pathway option to meet certain assessment requirement by earning specified score on Mathematics Postsecondary Education Readiness Test.

Formal Supervisory Relationships; Exempts certain medical offices from specified supervisory relationship requirements under certain circumstances; provides that supervising physician is not required to be physically present while supervising provision of laser hair removal services by certain health care practitioners; defines term "laser hair removal."

State University Student Fee Waivers; Requires state universities to waive specified fees for graduate students who meet specified full-time equivalent appointment requirement.
