Informed Consent for Mammograms; Requires facilities to provide patient with informed consent form before performing mammogram; requires form be signed by patient; requires facility to notify patient of form at specified time; requires facility to post form on its website; provides requirements for form; requires facility to include statement on summary of patient's mammography report; requires DOH to develop form.

Florida Is For Veterans, Inc.; Requires Florida Is For Veterans, Inc., to assist certain veterans with accessing training, education, & employment in certain professions.

Authorization of Restrictions Concerning Dangerous Dogs; Authorizes certain housing authorities to adopt certain rules or policies relating to dangerous dogs; removes exemption for local ordinances adopted before specified date which pertain to dogs that have bitten or attacked persons or domestic animals.

Applicability of Payments for Nonpreferred Provider Services; Requires certain health insurers to apply payments for services provided by nonpreferred providers toward insureds' deductibles & out-of-pocket maximums if specified conditions are met.

Ad Valorem Tax Exemption for Nonprofit Homes for the Aged; Revises ownership entities for certain nonprofit homes qualifying for exemption from ad valorem taxation to include certain limited partnerships.

Pub. Rec./Guardianship Data Transparency; Exempts from public records requirements certain information held by Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation & clerks of court; provides for future review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.

Funding for the School Readiness Program; Revises provisions relating to school readiness program.

Governmental Accountability; Provides requirements for Auditor General, Chief Inspector General, agency inspectors general, Chief Financial Officer, & Office of Inspector General of DOE relating to certain investigations, determinations, reports, civil actions, & records; provides requirements for awards given to employees who report under Whistle-blower's Act; provides amounts of such awards; authorizes employee eligible for award to maintain his or her confidentiality; revises provisions relating to contractual services & commodities that are not subject to competitive-solicitation requirements; prohibits certain employees from participating in negotiation or award of certain state contracts; prohibits tax incentives from being awarded or paid to state contractor or subcontractor.

Animal Abuse; Revises prohibition on sexual activities with animals; increases criminal penalties for such activities; requires orders to prohibit persons convicted of such activities from ownership of animals & other conduct related to animals.

Sale of Dogs and Cats; Requires that if pet sale is terminated for certain reasons financing agreement be terminated without cost; removes limit on veterinary costs under certain provisions; requires mandatory waiting period between receipt of animal & purchase if transaction is financed; removes certain provisions relating to return of animal; requires dealer to provide copies of medical records; revises requirements for disclosures to consumer; provides that violations constitute an unfair method of competition or an unfair or deceptive act or practice.
