Mangrove Replanting and Restoration; Requires DEP to adopt specified rules for mangrove replanting & restoration; conduct, in consultation with Division of Insurance Agent & Agency Services, statewide feasibility study regarding use of mangroves & other nature-based solutions for flood insurance purposes; & submit report to Governor & Legislature by specified date.

Everglades Protection Area; Requires comprehensive plans & plan amendments that apply to certain lands within or near Everglades Protection Area to follow state coordinated review process; provides duties of DEP relating to such plans & plan amendments; provides additional limitation for compliance determination of such plans & plan amendments; prohibits & provides requirements for adoption of certain development amendments within Everglades Protection Area.

Disclosure of Estimated Ad Valorem Taxes; Requires certain listings to include estimated ad valorem taxes; prohibits current owner's ad valorem taxes from being displayed or used for certain purposes; provides requirements for listing platforms, the Department of Revenue, & property appraisers; provides liability protection.

Florida Women's Historical Marker Initiative; Establishes Florida Women's Historical Marker Initiative within Division of Historical Resources of DOS; provides purpose of initiative; establishes Women's Historical Marker Selection Committee; provides for membership & duties; provides criteria for recognition by initiative; requires Florida Historical Marker Program to place certain number of historical markers over certain time period.

Dental Therapy; Authorizes Medicaid to reimburse for dental services provided by certain mobile dental units; creates Council on Dental Therapy; specifies licensure requirements, services, limitations, & prohibitions relating to practice of dental therapy; requires DOH, in consultation with Board of Dentistry & AHCA, to submit reports to Legislature.

Coverage for Diagnostic and Supplemental Breast Examinations; Prohibits state group insurance program from imposing on enrollee any cost-sharing requirement with respect to coverage for diagnostic breast examinations & supplemental breast examinations.

Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority, Pinellas County; Revises definition of "public transit"; revises membership of governing body of authority; revises powers of authority; establishes requirements for advertising placed on authority property; establishes procedures for lane elimination & changes in roadway use or functionality; prohibits certain offices, boards, employees, or other actors whose purpose is to eliminate or reallocate public lanes; requires semiannual reporting of certain provisions to Pinellas Board of County Commissioners.

Practice of Veterinary Medicine; Provides for licensure of veterinary technicians; provides requirements for such veterinary technicians; revises membership of Board of Veterinary Medicine; provides criminal penalties for specified actions; provides scope of practice for licensed veterinary technicians.

Dependent Children; Revises laws relating to dependent children including requiring GAL for each child; authorizes GALs to represent child in other proceedings; access records, request continuances, & receive notices; provides duties & responsibilities of GALs; requiring Statewide Guardian ad Litem Office to provide oversight & assistance to attorneys ad litem, & assist child find supportive adult; requires Office of Continuing Care to work in coordination with Statewide Guardian ad Litem Office; authorizes Fostering Prosperity program to provide grants.

Foreign Polluters; Urges Congress to support solutions that examine pollution differential between United States production & other countries & that hold foreign polluters accountable for their pollution.
