Designation of the State Birds; Designates American flamingo as official state bird and the Florida scrub-jay as the official state songbird; provides that such designation supersedes designation of mockingbird as official Florida state bird.
Carbon Sequestration; Creates Carbon Sequestration Task Force adjunct to DEP; requires task force to submit specified reports to Secretary of Environmental Protection, Governor, & Legislature; provides that participation in certain programs or activities is voluntary; requires certain frameworks or enforcement mechanisms to have explicit legislative approval.

Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Initiative ; Requires DOEA to contract for development & implementation of Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Initiative; provides requirements for initiative; provides requirements for type of entity with which DOEA contracts; requires Alzheimer's Disease Advisory Committee to make certain recommendations to DOEA & Legislature annually.
Emergency Opioid Antagonists in Public K-12 Schools and Postsecondary Educational Institutions; Authorizes public schools to purchase, use, & maintain supply of emergency opioid antagonists that meet specified criteria, rather than only naloxone; & revises definition of term "emergency opioid antagonist."
Agreement Among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote; Provides for enactment of Agreement Among States to Elect President by National Popular Vote; provides method by which state may become member state; requires statewide popular election for President & Vice President of U.S.; establishes procedure for appointing presidential electors in member states; provides that agreement becomes effective upon occurrence of specified actions; provides for withdrawal of member state; requires notification of member states when agreement takes effect in nonmember state or when member state withdraws from agreement.
Advanced Wastewater Treatment; Requires DEP, in consultation with water management districts & sewage disposal facilities, to submit to Governor & Legislature reports on certain sewage disposal facilities in state.
Chemical Additives in Food Products; Prohibits food establishments from manufacturing, selling, or distributing food that contains specified chemical additives.
Operating Vehicles and Vessels; Provides that person may not drive on street at unlawful speed; prohibits operation of motor vehicle, vessel, or other conveyance at speed that creates excessive wake.
Law Enforcement, Correctional, and Correctional Probation Officer Benefits; Provides that law enforcement, correctional, or correctional probation officer & his or her spouse & dependent children are eligible for certain insurance coverage if officer is injured in line of duty or while engaged in official training exercise.
