Swimming Pool Specialty Contracting Services; Authorizes certain persons under supervision of specified licensed contractors to perform certain specialty contracting services for commercial or residential swimming pools, interactive water features, hot tubs, & spas; provides that such supervision does not require direct contract between those persons.

Designation of the State Dessert; Designates strawberry shortcake with natural Florida dairy topping as official state dessert.

Ukraine; A resolution condemning the invasion of Ukraine and supporting the people of Ukraine.

Volunteer Ambulance Services; Authorizing certain medical staff of a volunteer ambulance service to use red lights on a privately owned vehicle under certain circumstances; authorizing vehicles of volunteer ambulance services to show or display red lights and operate emergency lights and sirens under certain circumstances; authorizing privately owned vehicles belonging to certain medical staff of a volunteer ambulance service to display or use red warning signals under certain circumstances; providing that county and municipal governments may not limit, prohibit, or prevent volunteer ambulance services from responding to emergencies or providing emergency medical services or transport within their respective jurisdictions, etc.

Homeowners' Association Rental Agreements; Provides applicability for governing documents & amendments relating to rental agreements which are enacted after specified date; provides exception; provides applicability; specifies when change of ownership does or does not occur for certain purposes.

Procurement Activities of For-profit Eye Banks; Prohibits for-profit eye banks from procuring certain human organs & tissue for specified purposes; provides certain exceptions.

Requests for Public Records; Prohibits agency that receives request to inspect or copy record from responding to such request by filing action for declaratory relief against requester.

Protection of Vulnerable Investors; Requires securities dealers, investment advisers, & associated persons to report knowledge or suspicion of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of vulnerable adults to DCF; authorizes dealers & investment advisers to delay certain disbursements or transactions based on reasonable belief of financial exploitation of specified adult; requires dealer or investment adviser to notify certain persons & OFR of such delays within specified timeframe; authorizes dealer or investment adviser to extend delay; provides that length of such delays may be shortened or extended by court of competent jurisdiction; provides immunity from administrative & civil liability for dealers, investment advisers, & associated persons; requires dealers & investment advisers to develop certain training policies or programs & maintain written records of compliance.
