Practice of Dentistry; Requires dentists to provide each patient with specified information; requires individuals & entities that provide dental services through telehealth to provide patients with information regarding dentists treating such patient; requires there be dentist of record for each patient treated through telehealth; requires individuals & entities that provide dental services through telehealth to make information available to each patient before rendering such services & at any time upon patient request; requires advertisements of dental services provided through telehealth contain disclaimer; provides additional grounds for disciplinary action against dental practitioners.

Licensed Counseling for First Responders; Requires employing agency of first responder to pay for certain licensed counseling for first responders; requires such counseling to be completed within specified timeframe; prohibits employing agency from requiring first responder to use leave for such counseling; authorizes first responder to select licensed mental health professional; prohibits payment by employing agency for such counseling from creating presumption of compensable occupational disease.
Required Instruction in the History of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders; Requires history of Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders to be included in specified instruction; & provides requirements for such instruction.
Emergency Opioid Antagonists; Requires each FCS institution & state university to have supply of emergency opioid antagonists in certain residence halls or dormitory residences; provides requirements for placement & use of emergency opioid antagonists; encourages certain partnerships to cover specified costs; & provides specified immunity from liability.
911 Public Safety Telecommunicators; Revises definition of term "first responder" to include 911 public safety telecommunicators; revises criteria & number of hours of training required for 911 public safety telecommunicator certification.
Enforcement of School Bus Passing Infractions; Authorizes school districts to install & operate school bus infraction detection systems & to contract with private vendor or manufacturer; requires school districts to enter into interlocal agreements with law enforcement agencies to enforce violations; requires school district to provide certain public notice; provides notification requirements & procedures for vendors, manufacturers, & law enforcement agencies; requires person who receives notification of violation to pay civil penalty or request hearing within specified timeframe; provides for distribution & use of funds; specifies requirements of & prohibitions on use of video & images recorded by system; requires reports to DHSMV, Governor, & Legislature; requires SBE to establish system specifications; provides civil penalties for violations enforced by system.
Public Nuisances; Prohibits person from distributing onto private property any material for purpose of intimidating or threatening owner, resident, or invitee; prohibits person from willfully & maliciously harassing, threatening, or intimidating another person based on person's wearing or displaying of any indicia relating to any religious or ethnic heritage; requires violations be reported as hate crimes; prohibits display or projection of images onto building, structure, or property without permission; prohibits person who willfully enters campus of state university or Florida College System institution for purpose of threatening or intimidating another person from remaining on such campus after being warned to depart.
Prohibited Applications on Government-issued Devices; Requires public employers to take certain actions relating to prohibited applications; prohibits downloading or accessing prohibited applications on government-issued devices; provides deadline by which specified employees must remove, delete, or uninstall prohibited application; requires DMS to compile & maintain specified list & establish procedures for specified waiver.
