Verification of Reemployment Assistance Benefit Eligibility; Revises circumstances under which Department of Commerce disqualifies claimants from reemployment assistance benefits; requires department to verify claimants' identities before paying benefits; requires department to cross-check certain information; provides duties of department; requires department to maintain web page for specified purpose & to notify employers each year of web page; provides annual reporting requirements.
Pharmacist Selection and Reimbursement; Authorizes health plan members, Medicaid recipients, Medicaid enrollees, insureds, subscribers & covered individuals under state group insurance program plans, Medicaid managed care plans, Medicaid providers contracted with AHCA, individual health insurance policies, group, blanket, & franchise health insurance policies & health maintenance contracts to select in-network pharmacists for pharmaceutical services; prohibits reimbursement to in-network pharmacists from being denied under certain circumstances; provides that licensed pharmacists may count toward network adequacy standards for access to services within scope of practice of pharmacists.
Labor Pool Act; Repeals provisions relating to the Labor Pool Act, including the short title; legislative intent; definitions; exclusions; duties & rights; remedies, damages, & costs; & application, respectively.

Medicaid Pharmacy Discounted Drug Prices; Requires drug manufacturers to sell specified drugs to Medicaid pharmacies at 340B Drug Pricing Program discounted prices; requires drug manufacturers to pay rebates to state; requires pharmacy benefits managers participating in Medicaid program to pay Medicaid pharmacies for specified drugs at 340B Drug Pricing Program discounted prices; requires drug wholesalers & distributors to sell specified drugs to Medicaid pharmacies at 340B Drug Pricing Program discounted prices; prohibits drug wholesalers & distributors from changing current pricing models & programs by engaging in certain acts; limits sales by Medicaid pharmacies of specified drugs at 340 Drug Pricing Program discounted prices to specified Medicaid recipients.

Firefighter Health and Safety ; Requires Division of State Fire Marshal within DFS to adopt certain rules; requires division to assist in decreasing frequency of fatalities; requires division to adopt rules relating to education on chemical hazards or toxic substances & mental health best practices.
