Persons with Disabilities Registry; Authorizes local law enforcement agencies to develop & maintain database for specified purposes; provides for enrollment in & removal from registry; specifies information registry may include; authorizes local law enforcement agencies to provide access to registry & relevant information from registry to law enforcement officers under certain circumstances.

Parenting and Time-sharing of Minor Children; Removes requirement for unanticipated change in circumstances in order to modify parenting plan or time-sharing schedule; creates rebuttable presumption that equal time-sharing is in best interests of child; provides standard of evidence to rebut such presumption; requires court to evaluate certain factors & make specific written findings of fact when creating or modifying time-sharing schedule; authorizes modification of time-sharing schedule.

Withholding or Withdrawal of Life-prolonging Procedures; Provides requirements for court to modify or revoke authority of surrogate; requires guardian to file advance directive for health care with court; revises rights that may be removed from person by order determining incapacity; requires court approval to withhold or withdraw life-prolonging procedures of incapacitated persons; provides requirements for professional guardian to seek court approval; specifies procedures to be followed by court in acting on petition; provides requirements for initial & annual guardianship plans.

Chiefs of Police; Prohibits municipality from terminating chief of police without providing chief of police written notice; requires municipality to allow chief of police to appear & provide full & complete response to his or her termination at specified public meeting; prohibits employment contract from including certain provisions.

Private Instructional Personnel; Revises definition of term "private instructional personnel" to include registered behavioral technicians employed by certain providers.

Medicaid Coverage of Continuous Glucose Monitors; Requires AHCA, subject to availability of funds & certain limitations & directions, to provide coverage for continuous glucose monitors for certain Medicaid recipients; provides requirements for Medicaid recipients to continue receiving coverage for their continuous glucose monitors; requires agency to seek federal approval for implementation of act, if needed; requires agency to include rate impact of act in certain rates that become effective on specified date.

Education and Training For Alzheimer's Disease and Related Forms of Dementia; Requires DEA to offer education about Alzheimer's disease & related forms of dementia to general public; requires employees of covered providers, health agency or nurse registry or companion or homemaker service provider, or nursing home, assisted living facility, adult family-care home, or adult day care center to complete specified training; authorizes completed training hours to count toward preservice orientation, other required training, or continuing education hours.

Rights of Law Enforcement Officers and Correctional Officers; Provides rights of law enforcement officers & correctional officers relating to Brady identification systems; provides that prosecuting agency is not required to maintain such system; provides requirements for employing agency of officer; provides requirements for prosecuting agency including minimum written policies, removing officer’s name under certain circumstances, & providing certain notice; authorizes officer to request reconsideration of inclusion of his or her name & information in such system; authorizes officer to petition for writ of mandamus.

Homeowners' Associations; Revises provisions relating to homeowners' associations including official records, fines & suspensions, attorney fees & costs, liens, & removing & reinstating certain officers & directors from office; prohibits certain funds from being commingled with association funds & requires certain accounting and remittance of funds within specified timeframe; provides criminal & civil penalties for actions by officers, directors, or managers of association & requires disclosures; provides criminal penalties for fraudulent voting activities.

Shared Parental Responsibility after Establishment of Paternity; Authorizes parent to request certain determinations & creation of parenting plan & time-sharing schedule; requires determination of parental responsibility & child support & creation of parenting plan & time-sharing schedule to be done through certain action; specifies mother of child born out of wedlock & father who has established paternity of such child are natural guardians of child & subject to rights & responsibilities of being parents; specifies mother of child born out of wedlock is natural guardian if father has not established paternity.
