Medical Use of Marijuana ; Requiring qualified physicians to perform in-person physical patient examinations before issuing initial physician certifications for the medical use of marijuana; authorizing such qualified physicians to perform patient examinations and evaluations through telehealth for renewals of physician certifications for the medical use of marijuana under certain circumstances; authorizing the Department of Health to suspend the registration of a qualified physician in the medical marijuana use registry for a specified timeframe under certain circumstances, etc.

Advertisements for Legal Services; Specifies prohibited practices relating to advertisements for legal services; requires persons & entities that issue advertisements for legal services to solicit clients to include specified information & statements in such advertisements; prohibits use, obtaining, sale, transfer, or disclosure of consumer's protected health information for specified purpose without written authorization; provides violations are deemed deceptive & unfair trade practices.

Clerks of Court; Revises collections requirements of clerk of court when party petitions for dissolution of marriage; revises collections requirements in probate matters; revises collections requirements of clerk of court in trial & appellate proceedings; revises allocation of filing fees in trial & appellate proceedings; revises collections requirements of clerk of court as it relates to fines, fees, service charges, & costs remitted to state.

Medicaid Coverage of Continuous Glucose Monitors; Requires AHCA, subject to availability of funds & certain limitations & directions, to provide coverage for continuous glucose monitors for certain Medicaid recipients; provides requirements for Medicaid recipients to continue receiving coverage for their continuous glucose monitors; requires agency to seek federal approval for implementation of act, if needed; requires agency to include rate impact of act in certain rates that become effective on specified date.

Florida Kidcare Program Eligibility; Increases income eligibility threshold for coverage under Medikids program component; increases income eligibility threshold for coverage under Florida Kidcare program; requires applicant seeking coverage under program to provide certain documentation if eligibility cannot be verified using reliable data sources; requires that premiums for certain enrollees under Florida Kidcare program be based on tiered system of uniform premiums.

Monuments; Establishes Florida Space Exploration Monument; provides for administration of monument by DMS; provides for creation of design contest & selection committee; requires DMS to develop plan for design, placement, & cost of monument; requires plan to be submitted to Governor & Legislature by specified date.

Education and Training For Alzheimer's Disease and Related Forms of Dementia; Requires DEA to offer education about Alzheimer's disease & related forms of dementia to general public; requires employees of covered providers, health agency or nurse registry or companion or homemaker service provider, or nursing home, assisted living facility, adult family-care home, or adult day care center to complete specified training; authorizes completed training hours to count toward preservice orientation, other required training, or continuing education hours.

Specialty Contractors; Revises date on which local government licensing of certain occupations expires; requires Construction Industry Licensing Board to establish certified specialty contractor categories for voluntary licensure; prohibits local governments from imposing new licensing requirements for specialty contractors; authorizes critical state concern county to offer license for certain job scopes; prohibits local government from requiring license as prerequisite to submit bid for public works projects.

Fishing and Hunting; Proposes amendment to State Constitution to preserve forever fishing, hunting, & taking of fish & wildlife as public right & preferred means of managing & controlling fish & wildlife; specifies amendment does not limit authority of FWCC.

Designation of Brevard Barrier Island Area as Area of Critical State Concern; Designates Brevard Barrier Island Area as area of critical state concern; provides guiding principles for development within area; provides for removal of designation; providing construction.
