Impeding, Threatening, or Harassing First Responders; Specifies that peaceful recording, photographing, or observation is not harassment; prohibits approaching first responder or remaining within specified distance of such person with intent to impede, threaten, or harass person from performing lawful duties after receiving warning not to approach.

Progressive Supranuclear Palsy and Other Neurodegenerative Diseases Policy Workgroup; Requires State Surgeon General to establish progressive supranuclear palsy & other neurodegenerative diseases policy workgroup; provides for duties, membership, & meetings of workgroup; requiring State Surgeon General to submit annual reports & final report by specified date to Governor & Legislature.

Tardive Dyskinesia Awareness Week; Recognizes week of May 5-11, 2024, as "Tardive Dyskinesia Awareness Week."

OGSR/Department of the Lottery; Provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption from public record requirements relating to security of certain technologies, processes, & practices; removes scheduled repeal of exemptions relating to information about lottery games, personal identifying information of retailers & vendors for purposes of background checks, & certain financial information held by DOL.

OGSR/Utility Owned or Operated by a Unit of Local Government; Extends date of scheduled repeal of public records exemptions for certain information related to security of certain technology, processes, practices, information technology systems, & industrial control technology systems; removes scheduled repeal of public records exemption for certain customer meter-derived data & billing information; extends date of scheduled repeal of exemption from public meetings requirements for portions of meetings held by utility owned or operated by unit of local government that would reveal certain information.

Affordable Housing; Prohibits counties & municipalities from restricting floor area ratio; authorizes counties & municipalities to restrict height; prohibits counties & municipalities from using public hearings or any other quasi-judicial board or reviewing body to approve proposed development; prohibits counties & municipalities from restricting maximum lot size below specified size; requires counties & municipalities to maintain certain policy on their websites; requires counties & municipalities to reduce parking requirements; provides requirements for developments located within transit-oriented development or area; prohibits review or approval by county or municipality of application for development permit or order from being conditioned upon waiver, forbearance, or abandonment of any development right. APPROPRIATION: $100,000,000

Security Grants; Expands Nonprofit Security Grant Program to include additional organizations; specifies that grants may be used for certain materials; revises criteria to be awarded grant; requires DEM to provide information to Legislature annually by specified date; provides appropriations. APPROPRIATION: $45,000,000

Scrutinized Companies; Revises provisions related to scrutinized companies including definitions, criteria for being identified as scrutinized company, name of scrutinized company list, assembly & updating of such list, removal from such list, & government contracting.

Support for Israel and Condemning Hamas and Anti-Semitism; Expresses State of Florida's unwavering support for State of Israel & Jewish citizens in Florida & condemns Hamas & anti-Semitism.
