911 Public Safety Telecommunicator Employment-related Mental or Nervous Injuries; Provides that specified provisions relating to certain medical benefits for mental or nervous injuries for first responders also apply to 911 public safety telecommunicators.

Criminal Offenses Against Law Enforcement Officers and Other Personnel; Revises prohibition on use or threatened use of force to resist arrest or detention; provides for enhanced punishment for manslaughter when committed against specified officers; revises provisions concerning assault or battery upon specified officers & other personnel; revises provision concerning resisting, obstructing, or opposing specified officers or legally authorized persons; increases level on offense severity ranking chart for committing battery on law enforcement officers & other specified personnel.
Infill Redevelopment; Requires local government to permit development of certain qualifying parcels up to certain density & intensity; requires developers of qualifying parcels to maintain specified buffer between new developments & single-family homes & townhouses; requires developers of qualifying parcels to establish that certain recreational facilities & areas reserved for recreational use have not been in operation or use for certain timeframe, to pay double parks & recreational facilities impact fees, & to provide written notice to certain property owners; requires property owners who receive such written notice to exercise option to purchase certain parcels or portions thereof within specified timeframe or forfeit option; requires development on qualifying parcels to meet concurrency requirements.
Florida Statutes; Adopts Florida Statutes 2026 & designates portions that are official law of state; provides Florida Statutes 2026 shall be effective immediately upon publication; provides general laws enacted during 2025 regular session & prior thereto & not included in Florida Statutes are repealed; provides general laws enacted after 2025 regular session are not repealed by this adoption act.
Florida Statutes; Deletes provisions that have expired, have become obsolete, have served their purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded; replaces incorrect cross-references & citations; corrects grammatical, typographical, & like errors; removes inconsistencies, redundancies, & unnecessary repetition in statutes; & improves clarity of statutes & facilitates their correct interpretation.
Florida Statutes; Deletes provisions which have become inoperative by noncurrent repeal or expiration and, pursuant to s. 11.242(5)(b) & (i), Florida Statutes, may be omitted from 2026 Florida Statutes only through reviser's bill duly enacted by Legislature.
Civil Liability for the Wrongful Death of an Unborn Child; Prohibits right of action against mother for wrongful death of unborn child or against medical provider for lawful medical care provided in certain circumstances; authorizes parents of an unborn child to recover certain damages; prohibits recovery of certain damages if decedent is an unborn child.
Waste Incineration; Prohibits local government or DEP, respectively, from issuing construction permit for certain new solid waste disposal facility or waste-to-energy facility in specified areas.
Prohibition of Guaranteed Income Programs; Prohibits local government from adopting or enforcing certain regulations relating to guaranteed income programs; provides powers & duties of Attorney General.
Use of Artificial Intelligence by Governmental Agencies to Detect Concealed Firearms; Prohibits governmental agency or specified contractors from using or contracting with any other entities to use artificial intelligence to detect concealed firearms in public places; provides exceptions; provides remedy.
