Tax Rebates for Low- to Moderate-income Residents; Creates Working Floridians Tax Rebate Program within DOR; granting specified people & households certain state funds if they received federal Earned Income Tax Credit & meet certain criteria; specifies calculation of rebate & procedures for disbursing funds; requires DOR to provide to Governor, Cabinet, & Legislature report; prohibits receipt of rebate from being used in program eligibility determinations.
Individual Education Plans; Requires IEPs for certain students to contain information on legal rights & responsibilities that transfer to students at age 18; requires information to include ways in which student may provide informed consent to allow his or her parent to continue to participate in educational decisions.
