Auxiliary Containers; Defines "auxiliary container" and "single-use"; removes obsolete provisions; preempting regulation of auxiliary containers to state; provides exceptions; requires DEP to develop uniform ordinance for use and disposition of single-use, nonrecyclable auxiliary containers; provides requirements for development of such ordinance; requires that sale or distribution of single-use plastic auxiliary containers on lands managed by Division of Recreation & Parks of DEP be eliminated to greatest extent possible; prohibits use, sale, or distribution of certain single-use auxiliary containers on such lands; requires department to develop and make available on its website statewide Marine Debris Reduction Plan; provides requirements for such plan; removes s. 500.90, F.S., relating to regulation of polystyrene products preempted to DACS.

Recognizing Judea and Samaria; Prohibits use of term "West Bank" in official government materials; prohibits use of moneys to create official government materials using such term; requires instructional materials & library media center collections adopted or acquired by certain entities on or after specified date to refer to certain area as Judea & Samaria; prohibits instructional materials & library media center collections adopted or acquired by certain entities on or after specified date from using term "West Bank."

Mandatory Human Reviews of Insurance Claim Denials ; Authorizes workers' compensation carriers, insurers &HMOs to use artificial intelligence systems & machine learning systems to assist in processing claims; prohibits use of artificial intelligence or machine learning systems as sole basis for determining whether to reduce claim payment or deny claim or portion of claim; requires that decisions to deny claim or portion of claim or reduce claim be made by qualified human professionals; authorizes OIR to conduct market conduct examinations & investigations.

Antisemitism Task Force; Creates Antisemitism Task Force within Office of Civil Rights of DLA for specified purpose; requires department to provide administrative & staff support to task force; provides for appointment & terms of members; provides for per diem & travel expenses; provides membership & duties of task force; requires report to Governor & Legislature by specified date; provides for future review & repeal of task force.

Child Care and Early Learning Services ; Revises minimum standards for child care facility licensing; removes provisions requiring family day care homes & large family child care homes to provide specified information to parents; prohibits residential property insurance policies from providing coverage for liability for claims arising out of, or in connection with, operations of large family child care homes; prohibits insurers from denying, cancelling, & refusing to renew policy for residential property insurance on basis that policyholders or applicants operate large family child care homes; revises requirements for certain prekindergarten curricula; establishes review & approval process for such curricula; creates Florida Child Care Fund; requires DOE direct-support organization to administer fund; requires that funds from state sources & interest earnings be accounted separately; provides for use of funds; provides for establishment & administration of Center for Early Childhood Professional Recognition under specified circumstance.

Problem-solving Court Reports; Requires specified data to be included in problem-solving court reports; revises frequency with which mental health & treatment-based drug court program reports must be reported to Office of State Courts Administrator.

Shari'a and Other Foreign Law; Defines "foreign law, legal code, or system"; provides that certain rulings, decisions, or contractual provisions are void & unenforceable if such rulings, decisions, or contractual provisions allow application of Shari'a or certain foreign laws, legal codes, or systems; prohibits transfer of certain civil actions to another court.

Improving Screening for and Treatment of Blood Clots; Requires hospitals with emergency departments to develop & implement policies & procedures & conduct training for rendering of appropriate medical attention for persons at risk of forming venous thromboembolisms; repeals provisions requiring DOH to contract with private entity to establish statewide venous thromboembolism registry at no cost to state; provides requirements for private entity; requires hospitals with emergency department, beginning on date certain, to regularly report certain information; requires department to require private entity to use nationally recognized platform to collect certain data; requires private entity to provide regular reports to department on such data; requires agency, by date certain, to provide to Governor & Legislature specified report; provides requirements for such report; provides applicability; revises requirements for certain annual inservice training for certified nursing assistants employed by nursing home facilities; revises training requirements for certain certified nursing assistants who may be delegated tasks in nursing home facilities; provides legislative findings; requires assisted living facilities to provide a consumer information pamphlet containing specified information to residents.

Materials Harmful to Minors; Defines "harmful to minors"; revises list of materials used in classroom which are subject to objection process by parents or residents.

Hemp Extract Products; Revises & provides conditions for manufacture, delivery, hold, offer for sale, distribution, & retail sale of hemp extract products; requires manufacturers, distributors, & retailers of hemp extract products to maintain certain records; prohibits DACS from granting permission to remove or use certain hemp extract products until it determines that such hemp extract products comply with state law; provides appropriations. APPROPRIATION: $27,000,000
