California State Board of Optometry.

Existing law, the Optometry Practice Act, establishes the State Board of Optometry within the Department of Consumer Affairs for purposes of licensing and regulating the practice of optometry. This bill would rename the State Board of Optometry as the California State Board of Optometry. The bill would make various conforming changes in this regard.
