A JOINT RESOLUTION proposing to amend the Wyoming constitution to specify that the legislature has the authority to determine the amount of public school funding; requiring the legislature to take into consideration other funding requirements when funding the public schools; further defining the roles of the legislature and judiciary in the creation and review of the state's school finance system; and providing a ballot statement.
