Use of utility vehicles on secondary roads.Provides that a person with a valid driver's license and insurancemay operate a utility vehicle equipped with certain equipment onsecondary roads located in counties with a population of 100,000or less.
School principals; incident reports. Requiresthat school principals report to law enforcement certain enumerated acts that may constitute a misdemeanor offense and report to theparents of any minor student who is the specific object of such actthat the incident has been reported to law enforcement. Under currentlaw, principals are required to make such reports only for such actsthat may constitute a felony offense.

Illegal gambling; definition. Eliminatescertain provisions from the definition of illegal gambling regardingthe making, placing, or receipt of any bet or wager of money or other consideration or thing of value to include the purchase of a product,Internet access, or other thing made in exchange for a chance towin a prize, stake, or other consideration or thing of value by meansof the operation of a gambling device. The bill also eliminates certainprovisions from the definition of gambling device.
