Provides that a local board of social services or child welfare agency required to file a petition for a permanency planning hearing may inform the birth parents and shall inform the adoptive parents that they may enter into enter into a post-adoption contact and communication agreement. The bill further provides that such local board of social services or child welfare agency shall inform the child if he is 14 years of age or older that he may consent to such an agreement. Directs the Joint Commission on Health Care to study the dispensing of drugs and devices pursuant to prescriptions, pharmacy collaborative practice agreements, standing orders, and statewide protocols in the Commonwealth, including a review of the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists and other health care providers prescribing, dispensing, and administering drugs and devices in accordance with laws and regulations.
Creates a special license plate for persons awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Medal or for unremarried surviving spouses of such persons.
