No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act This bill establishes that any convention or agreement on pandemic-related issues reached by the World Health Assembly (WHA) pursuant to a specified negotiating body shall be deemed to be a treaty requiring the advice and consent of the Senate. Specifically, this bill applies to any international instrument negotiated by the intergovernmental negotiating body established by the WHA in December 2021 to strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response.

All surcharges received from the sale of such coins shall be paid to the Friends of the National World War II Memorial to support the National Park Service in maintaining and repairing the memorial, and for educational and commemorative programs.

Expanding America's Pacific Diplomatic Presence Act of 2022 This bill requires the Government Accountability Office to report to Congress an assessment of the feasibility of establishing new diplomatic posts in Pacific Island countries and territories that currently do not have a U.S. diplomatic post.
Stablecoin Transparency Act This bill requires a stablecoin issuer to hold all reserves associated with each fiat currency-backed stablecoin they issue in (1) certain government securities; (2) fully collateralized security repurchase agreements, or (3) U.S. dollars or other nondigital currency. A fiat currency-backed stablecoin is a digital asset backed by a nondigital currency and is redeemable on a one-to-one basis in that currency. Each stablecoin issuer must publish monthly on their website a report on the reserves held by the issuer that has been audited by a third party.
