U.S. Customs and Border Protection Officer Retirement Technical Corrections Act This bill specifies that U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers who accepted an offer of employment before July 6, 2008, and who started work on or after that date, are entitled to a certain minimum retirement annuity and an exemption from the corresponding mandatory retirement requirements (i.e., proportional annuity).

Wilson's Creek National Battlefield Boundary Revision Act of 2021 This bill extends the boundary of the Wilson's Creek National Battlefield in Missouri to include approximately 25 acres of land related to the Newtonia Battlefield identified on the map titled Wilson's Creek National Battlefield Proposed Boundary Modification and dated July 2022. The Department of the Interior may acquire such land by donation, purchase from willing sellers with donated or appropriated funds, or exchange.

Zero Tolerance for Deceptive Fentanyl Trafficking Act This bill adds five fentanyl analogues and the entire category of fentanyl-related substances to schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act. A schedule I controlled substance is a drug, substance, or chemical that has a high potential for abuse; has no currently accepted medical value; and is subject to regulatory controls and administrative, civil, and criminal penalties under the Controlled Substances Act. Additionally, the bill establishes a new criminal offense and penalties with respect to the deceptive sale of fentanyl, fentanyl analogues, or fentanyl-related substances.
Empowering States to Deport Illegal Immigrants Act This bill authorizes states to take actions to enforce federal immigration law. Specifically, the bill authorizes states to authorize state and local law enforcement to enforce certain provisions of federal immigration law, including provisions relating to unlawful entry and employing unauthorized non-U.S. nationals (aliens under federal law). State prosecutors must prosecute every case brought by a state under this bill. The bill also abrogates a 2012 Supreme Court ruling that invalidated an Arizona law that made it a crime for unauthorized non-U.S. nationals to work in the state. Specifically, the court ruled that the Arizona law was preempted by federal immigration law.
Justice for Angel Families Act This bill expands the allowable uses of state compensation payments for crime victims to include certain expenses for angel families. Angel family refers to the immediate family members of any individual who is a victim of homicide committed by (1) an individual who is unlawfully present in the United States, or (2) a member of an international criminal organization involved in the unlawful trafficking of controlled substances. The bill also reestablishes the Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement Office within the Department of Homeland Security.
Ste. Genevieve National Historical Park Boundary Revision Act This bill revises the boundary of the Ste. Genevieve National Historical Park in Missouri. The Department of the Interior may acquire, by donation, the land (including any improvements to the land) owned by the city of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, and used as the visitor center for the park, as generally identified on the revised map of the park. Upon acquisition of such land, Interior shall revise the boundary of the park to include the acquired land. Interior may acquire, by purchase from a willing seller or by donation, not more than 20 acres of land in the vicinity of the park for administrative facilities for the park.
Codification of Verified Values Act or the CVV Act This bill requires a contributor to political organizations who uses a credit card to make online contributions to such organizations to disclose the credit verification value of such credit card at the time a contribution is made. A credit verification value is a series of numbers on a credit card (usually on the back of the card) that provides additional security for a transaction by credit card.
