This concurrent resolution directs the Joint Committee on the Library to modify the statue, known as the Portrait Monument, commemorating women's suffrage and located in the rotunda of the U.S. Capitol by placing an inscription on it that is based on its original inscription from when it was delivered to the U.S. Capitol on February 10, 1921. The concurrent resolution also authorizes the use of the rotunda of the U.S. Capitol for a ceremony to unveil the revised Portrait Monument.

Retirement Tax Credit Parity for Cooperatives and Charities Act This bill allows an individual taxpayer who is eligible to participate in in a CSEC defined contribution pension plan a new tax credit for 10% of employer retirement savings contributions not exceeding $1,000 in a taxable year.
This resolution calls on the Senate to remove the name of Richard B. Russell from the Russell Senate Office Building and revert to the building's original name—the Old Senate Office Building.
This resolution extends collective bargaining rights prescribed in the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 to employees of the House of Representatives.
This resolution expresses that the House of Representatives (1) remains committed to nurturing the enduring ties between the people and the governments of the United States and Liberia; (2) encourages Liberia to redouble its efforts to counter corruption, advance the causes of human rights, and implement critical economic reforms necessary to accelerate sustainable economic growth and human capital development; (3) calls on the Departments of State and the Treasury to continue to impose targeted sanctions and other measures against those responsible for undermining the rule of law in Liberia and the faith and trust of the Liberian people; (4) recalls the significance of the bicentennial of the arrival of the first free Black American in Liberia; and (5) supports the continuing efforts and contributions of the Liberian diaspora in the United States.
This resolution condemns the military coup that took place in Burma (Myanmar) on February 1, 2021. The resolution denounces the Tatmadaw (the military of Burma) for perpetrating gross violations of human rights as part of its brutal campaign to suppress the democratic aspirations of the people of Burma and calls on the Tatmadaw to cease all violence against prodemocracy activists and reach a cease-fire with ethnic armed organizations, release all political prisoners, and engage in constructive dialogue with all parties to negotiate a pathway toward a government that reflects the will of the Burmese people. The resolution also calls on the President to enact new targeted sanctions on individuals and entities affiliated with the Tatmadaw, including an international arms embargo and a prohibition on the sale of aviation fuel.
Office of Technology Assessment Improvement and Enhancement Act This bill renames and revises the functions and duties of the Office of Technology Assessment which, composed of a Technology Assessment Board and a director, provides Congress with assessments of probable technology application impacts. Specifically, the bill renames the office the Congressional Office of Technology, and it requires the office to undertake additional duties, such as providing to Members of Congress (1) certain information without the need for board review, (2) certain technical assistance on legislation related to science and technology without the need for board review, and (3) objective policy options on how Members may achieve goals with respect to science and technology policy. The bill authorizes individual Members of Congress to submit to the board a request that the office undertake an assessment activity. Additionally, the bill requires the Congressional Research Service and the Government Accountability Office to coordinate technology assessment activities with the office to avoid duplication or overlapping of research activities. The bill also (1) allows the office to temporarily appoint specified technical and professional personnel to work for the office, (2) requires the office to make the findings of completed analyses publicly available, (3) revises the appointment of board members, (4) requires the board to hold an annual meeting at which Members of Congress may appear and present information regarding technology assessment activities, and (5) requires the board to report annually on the activities of the office.
Wireless Electric Vehicle Charging Grant Program Act of 2022 This bill requires the Department of Transportation to establish the Wireless Electric Vehicle Charging Grant Program to award grants on a competitive basis for projects to construct, install, or improve existing wireless charging infrastructure and technology for electric vehicles.
Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2022 This bill addresses federal information security management, notification and remediation of cybersecurity incidents, and the roles of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). CISA must perform, on an ongoing and continuous basis, assessments of federal risk posture. The bill requires evaluation by each agency of whether additional cybersecurity procedures are appropriate at least once every three years. An agency, as expeditiously as practicable and without unreasonable delay, and within 45 days after it has a reasonable basis to conclude that a breach has occurred, must (1) determine whether notice to any individual potentially affected by the breach is appropriate based on a risk assessment; and (2) as appropriate, provide written notice to each individual potentially affected. Notification may be delayed under specified circumstances. Each agency must provide any information relating to a major incident to CISA, the OMB, the Office of the National Cyber Director, the agency's office of inspector general, the Government Accountability Office, and Congress. An agency's contractors and grant recipients must notify the agency of an incident involving federal information within a specified time frame. Each agency shall develop training for individuals at the agency with access to federal information or information systems on how to identify and respond to an incident. CISA must establish a program to provide ongoing, hypothesis-driven threat-hunting services on the network of each agency. The bill establishes specified pilot programs to enhance federal cybersecurity.
Fair Chance Improvement Act This bill revises provisions regarding the prohibition on federal contractors, including defense contractors, inquiring about applicants' criminal histories prior to conditional offers of employment. The bill allows the Department of Labor to investigate compliance by a contractor by conducting a compliance evaluation. Currently, Labor investigates compliance pursuant to an applicant's complaint. The bill also expands the sanctions that Labor may impose on a contractor with more than one violation of the prohibition.
