Protect Farmers from the SEC Act This bill prohibits the Securities and Exchange Commission from requiring the disclosure of greenhouse gas emissions related to agricultural products.

This resolution directs the Department of the Treasury to transmit to the House of Representatives, not later than 14 days after the adoption of this resolution, copies of any document, memo, correspondence, or other communication that refers or relates to (1) United States Pillar One tax revenue modeling data and reports estimating the impact of the OECD Pillar One agreement on reallocating taxing rights from the United States to foreign jurisdictions, or (2) the economic effects of the OECD Pillar One agreement on the U.S. Treasury. The OECD Pillar One agreement expands a country's authority to tax profits from companies that make sales into their country but don't have a physical location there.

This resolution requires the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to provide to the House of Representatives, not later than 14 days after the adoption of this resolution, a copy of each document, memo, correspondence, or other communication between the White House and HHS that refers or relates to the reinterpretation of the tax credit for coverage under a qualified health plan and the requirement to maintain minimum essential health care coverage (commonly known as the fix to the family glitch ).

This resolution directs the Department of Labor to provide the House of Representatives with any documents and communications during the period beginning on March 1, 2020, and ending on the date of adoption of this resolution that relate to unemployment insurance funds authorized by COVID-19 pandemic programs flowing to criminal syndicates and fraudsters in foreign countries (e.g., China and Russia).

This resolution directs the Department of the Treasury to provide to the House of Representatives a copy of the Internal Revenue Service Small Business/Self Employed Division Decision Memorandum regarding the decision to destroy approximately 30 million paper information returns around March 2021, and any other memorandum related to the decision to destroy those returns.

This resolution requests that the President transmit certain information to the House of Representatives related to the June 17, 2022, waiver of intellectual property commitments under the World Trade Organization Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (known as the TRIPS waiver) and the proposed expansion of the TRIPS waiver. In particular, the resolution requests information demonstrating that the TRIPS waiver will increase global supply and delivery of COVID-19 vaccines and the extent to which these vaccines have been destroyed due to their expiration; the proposed TRIPS waiver expansion will increase global supply and delivery of COVID-19 diagnostics or therapeutics; the TRIPS waiver or the proposed TRIPS waiver expansion will accelerate the end of the COVID-19 pandemic; and China will not obtain access to patents or other intellectual property related to COVID-19 vaccines, diagnostics, or therapeutics even if expressly excluded from the TRIPS waiver or the proposed TRIPS waiver expansion.

This resolution directs the Department of the Treasury to transmit to the House of Representatives, not later than 14 days after the adoption of this resolution, copies of any document, record, memo, correspondence or other communication that refers or relates to (1) the total number of recovery rebates issued to incarcerated individuals, nonresident aliens, individuals unlawfully present or unauthorized to work in the United States, and to individuals who died before January 1, 2021; and (2) the total dollar amount of such rebates issued to such individuals and aliens.

This resolution directs the Department of Health and Human Services to provide the House of Representatives with certain documents and information about the establishment of an Emergency Intake Site in Erie, Pennsylvania, at the Pennsylvania International Academy, to house unaccompanied migrant children.
