Protect Farmers from the SEC Act This bill prohibits the Securities and Exchange Commission from requiring the disclosure of greenhouse gas emissions related to agricultural products.

Taiwan Policy Act of 2022 This bill provides support to Taiwan and addresses related issues. For example, the bill (1) establishes a comprehensive training program with Taiwan's government to familiarize the U.S. military and Taiwan's military with each other and achieve interoperability, and (2) authorizes the Department of State to take actions to help Taiwan become a non-borrowing member of the Inter-American Development Bank.
This bill extends until September 30, 2026, the use of Highway 209, a federally owned road within the boundaries of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, by certain commercial vehicles that serve local businesses.
Small Business Scorecard Enhancements Act of 2022 This bill revises the Small Business Administration annual scorecard assessment, which is used to evaluate whether each federal agency is meeting its goals for the award of prime contracts and subcontracts to small business concerns. Specifically, the bill requires the scorecard for each federal agency to include the number and total dollar amount of awards made to (1) small businesses owned by women, (2) qualified HUBZone small businesses, (3) small businesses owned by service-disabled veterans, and (4) socially and economically disadvantaged small businesses.
Invest to Protect Act of 2022 This bill directs the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services within the Department of Justice to award grants to local and tribal governments that employ fewer than 125 law enforcement officers. Grant funds may be used for various activities, including to provide de-escalation training and improve recruitment and retention.
State Antitrust Enforcement Venue Act of 2022 This bill limits the transfer and consolidation of antitrust cases that are brought by states in federal court. Current law generally permits federal civil cases that are related to be transferred to a single district court and consolidated for pretrial proceedings. However, under current law, antitrust cases brought by the federal government are exempt from transfer and consolidation. This bill adds to that exemption antitrust cases brought by states.
This resolution supports the designation of National Hunting and Fishing Day. The resolution also supports the responsible management of wildlife and natural resources entrusted to the public. Finally, the resolution encourages state-driven hunting and fishing education and safety programs around the country.
Preserving Small Business Prime Contracting Opportunities Act of 2022 This bill revises the procedures for federal agencies to select alternative procurement methods when the participation of small businesses as prime contractors is unlikely.
Fresh Start Act of 2021 This bill authorizes the Department of Justice to award grants for states to implement automatic expungement laws (i.e., laws that provide for the automatic expungement or sealing of an individual's criminal records).
This resolution requests the President and directs the Secretary of State to transmit to the House of Representatives copies of all documents and other materials, both classified and unclassified, in their possession that refer or relate to certain aspects of the withdrawal from Afghanistan.
