South Florida Ecosystem Enhancement Act of 2022 This bill provides support for ecosystems located within (1) the administrative boundaries of the South Florida Water Management District and adjacent coastal waterbodies, including all coastal water landward of Florida's Coral Reef; and (2) Florida's Coral Reef and the associated patch reef, hard-bottom, and seagrass resources.

Upholding the 1995 Jerusalem Embassy Law Act of 2021 This bill prohibits using federal funds to establish any diplomatic facility in Jerusalem other than the U.S. Embassy to Israel.
This resolution supports reopening the U.S. Capitol Building and House Office Buildings to visitors under the public visitation policies that were in place before the COVID-19 pandemic.
Identifying and Eliminating Wasteful Programs Act This bill requires each federal agency to compile a list of unnecessary programs. Specifically, each agency must compile a list of such programs, based on guidance provided by the Office of Management and Budget, that are unnecessary, defunct, or duplicative federal programs; another agency could administer more effectively; or could operate more effectively if the program or activity were consolidated with other programs or activities. Additionally, the President must include the list of identified programs or program activities in the annual budget submitted to Congress. An agency may submit to Congress recommendations for statutory changes to eliminate or consolidate programs or program activities identified in the list.
Internal Revenue Service Processing Returns Instead Of Removing Innocent Taxpayers' Income Every Season Act of 2022 or the IRS PRIORITIES Act of 2022 This bill prohibits the Internal Revenue Service from hiring new enforcement personnel (i.e., special agents in the criminal investigation division, revenue officers, or revenue agents) until all individual tax returns for 2019 and 2020 are processed.
This bill prohibits federal agencies from restricting a person's use of convertible virtual currency for their own purposes or to conduct transactions through a self-hosted wallet.
More Accurate Metrics in Securities Law Act This bill revises the registration requirements for issuers of securities. Currently, nonexempt, nonbank issuers must register their securities with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) after a fiscal year in which the issuer has total assets exceeding $10 million and a class of equity security held by either (1) 2,000 persons, or (2) 500 persons who are not accredited investors. The bill increases the asset threshold to $15 million and requires the SEC to determine by rule the number of beneficial owners who hold a security or the amount of market capitalization beyond which registration by the issuer is required.
This bill requires the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to report to Congress on barriers to the domestic manufacturing of imported active pharmaceutical ingredients, finished drug products, and devices that are critical to public health. The report must recommend strategies to overcome such barriers. The FDA may, to the extent appropriate, implement the strategies.
Stop Funding Our Adversaries Act of 2022 This bill prohibits federal agencies from conducting or supporting, either directly or indirectly, research that will be conducted by China's government, the Chinese Communist Party, or any agent, instrumentality, or entity belonging to or controlled by either entity.
Safeguarding Women's and Children's Health Act of 2022 This bill imposes reporting requirements relating to abortion drugs. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) must require health care practitioners to report (1) any death or adverse event associated with the use of an abortion drug, whether or not the adverse event is considered drug-related; and (2) each time the practitioner prescribes, dispenses, or administers such a drug. The FDA must establish online portals for health care practitioners to report such information and for patients to self-report adverse events. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention must aggregate the collected information and annually publish data about such drugs, including the number of prescriptions and adverse events occurring within 120 days of use.
