HB 2483: Juries and Jurors - As introduced, allows a breastfeeding mother to be excused from serving as a juror; requires a breastfeeding mother to provide the court with a supporting medical statement from a licensed physician and take any action necessary to obtain a ruling on a request to be excused no later than the date that the person is scheduled to appear for jury duty. - Amends TCA Title 22, Chapter 1 and Title 22, Chapter 2.

HB 1822: Education - As introduced, authorizes LEAs serving any of the grades three through 12 to offer advanced mathematics courses; requires an LEA that offers advanced mathematics courses to place students achieving a benchmark score as determined by the state board of education on the end-of-grade or end-of-course test in mathematics in an advanced course for the next mathematics course in which the student will enroll; adds other requirements concerning advanced mathematics courses. - Amends TCA Title 49.
