Juvenile Offenders - As introduced, requires the juvenile court clerk and the department of mental health and substance abuse services to report certain juvenile justice information to the administrative office of the courts each month; deletes certain reporting to the council of juvenile and family court judges. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 1.
