HB 1313: Election Laws - As introduced, allows persons 60 years of age or older who possess a valid non-photo bearing license issued by this state on or before January 1, 2013, to vote at a polling place without having to present photo identification; adds a valid non-photo bearing license issued by this state on or before January 1, 2013, to persons 60 years of age or older as evidence of identification for voting purposes. - Amends TCA Title 2, Chapter 7.

SB 539: School Transportation - As introduced, reduces, from 10 to five days, the period of time in which a change in the contact information of a checker designated to make sure that no person remains on a school bus must be submitted to a local board of education. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 21; Title 55, Chapter 8 and Title 55, Chapter 9.

SB 1413: Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation - As introduced, requires the commissioner of mental health and substance abuse services to report to the health committee of the house of representatives and the health and welfare committee of the senate on or before January 15, 2018, concerning any restrictions and requirements from the federal department of health and human services imposed by federal law on substance abuse treatment programs that the department of mental health and substance abuse services contracts with or operates in order to provide treatment services. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 33; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
