Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation - As introduced, requires the commissioner of mental health and substance abuse services to report to the health committee of the house of representatives and the health and welfare committee of the senate on or before January 15, 2018, concerning any restrictions and requirements from the federal department of health and human services imposed by federal law on substance abuse treatment programs that the department of mental health and substance abuse services contracts with or operates in order to provide treatment services. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 33; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
