Creates the "Embryo Safety and Storage Act of 2024." The act requires the department of health to regulate and license embryo storage facilities.

Imposes requirements on a managed care organization (MCO) and pharmacy benefit manger (PBM) in order to control Medicaid prescription drug prices.
Requires that any insurance contract issued, amended or renewed on or after January 1, 2025, that provides hospital, medical or surgical coverage shall provide coverage for medically necessary treatment of mental health or substance use disorders.
