Under certain circumstances, provides immunity from arrest and prosecution for prostitution, procurement of sexual conduct for a fee, loitering for prostitution and soliciting from motor vehicles for indecent purposes.
Makes all sexual abuse or exploitation of a child causes of action not subject to statute of limitations whether lapsed or time-barred.
Caps the total amount that a covered person is required to pay for a covered prescription asthma inhaler to twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per thirty (30) day supply.
Requires the courts to consider the parental status of the defendant at the time of sentencing and allows the defendant to present a family impact statement, including testimony, videos and documents relative to their parental status.
Increases insurance coverage for hearing aids from one thousand five hundred dollars to two thousand dollars, per ear, every three years for all people regardless of age.
Requires health plans that provide prescription benefits to cover at least one type of glucagon auto-injector, nasal spray, or formulation that does not require reconstitution to treat hypoglycemia. No copayment or deductible would be required.
This resolution would authorize the appropriation of the sum of $500,000 to the United Way of Rhode Island to provide operational support for the 2-1-1 system.
